Nooshika’s 5-Good Warranty Policy
At Nooshika, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality tea bags. To ensure your rights, we would like to send you the following warranty policy:
1. Warranty conditions
1.1 The product is warranted free of charge if all of the following conditions are met
• The product is in the list of products covered by the Manufacturer’s or Distributor’s warranty.
• The product has a technical defect caused by the Manufacturer.
• The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid (if any) or the delivery note (invoice or document).
• The delivery note (invoice or document) is intact, not patched, not erased or repaired, or dirty.
• The delivery note (invoice or document) has full information: product name, product code, delivery date, customer name, address.
• The Manufacturer’s warranty stamp and seal (if any) on the product are intact.
1.2 The product is not covered by warranty or a warranty fee will be incurred if it falls into one of the following cases:
• The product is not covered by the Manufacturer’s or Distributor’s warranty.
• The product does not satisfy one of the warranty conditions in section 1.1.
• The product model number and information provided by the customer do not match the information declared when the customer purchased the product.
• The customer arbitrarily repairs the product or repairs it at repair centers not authorized by Nooshika
• The product is damaged due to user error, and the damage is not covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty.
• In case of warranty fees, Nooshika’s customer service staff will fully advise the customer before proceeding with the warranty procedures.
1.3 Warranty period
• The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of manufacture depending on the type of product clearly stated when the customer purchases and receives the product from Nooshika.
2. Warranty application method
2.1. Warranty location

• Nooshika’s customer service department will support and guide customers on how to participate in Nooshika’s product warranty system. All Nooshika contact information is printed on the invoice.
• If you have difficulty contacting Nooshika, please contact 036 480 0184 for support.
2.2. Warranty implementation period
• In all cases, the time to perform the product warranty depends on the level of damage to the product. Customers will receive specific notice from Nooshika at the time we receive the product for warranty.
• In all cases, Nooshika will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you do not follow the instructions specified in this warranty policy.
