1. Conditions for return
• Return period: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the goods.
• Product conditions: Products must meet the following conditions to be returned:
• The product is intact, unused, packaging and labels are not torn or damaged.
• The product is purchased from Tam An’s official distribution channels, including Website, Fanpage, Shopee.
• The product is delivered incorrectly compared to the order placed, or is defective during the production and transportation process.
2. Cases where returns are not applicable
• The product has been used or the packaging is torn or the label is missing.
• The product has not been stored properly (for example, exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight).
• The product has expired.
• The reason for return is not related to product quality (for example, not liking the taste after purchase).
3. Product return process:
• Step 1: Contact Nooshika’s customer service department

• Step 2: Provide order information, product images and reasons for return.
• Step 3: After receiving the request, Nooshika will respond within 2-3 working days and provide specific instructions for the return process.
• Step 4: After confirming that the product meets the conditions, you can choose:
• Exchange for a new product: A new product will be sent to you after we receive the defective product.
• Refund: If there is no replacement product, you can request a refund via the original payment method.
4. Shipping costs
• In case the product is defective due to the manufacturer or delivered incorrectly, Nooshika will bear all shipping costs for the return.
• If the return is for personal reasons (dislike, not suitable), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
